CFPB, FHFA release report on how borrowers view mortgage process

The CFPB and FHFA released a report on borrowers' experiences and perceptions during the mortgage process. Surveys since 2014 gather feedback on appraisal satisfaction and willingness to move. 70% were very satisfied with appraisals, while 50% were unwilling to move. Data was collected through the National Survey of Mortgage Originations to help regulators understand market trends and improve mortgage processes.
